Gugulethu-SofiaMbatha, also known as Gugu Mbatha Raw is an actress from Britain who has gained notoriety for her part in the television show 'Doctor Who. The British Science-fiction TV series broadcast on BBC. Gugu was famous for her character Tish Jones on the BBC series. The character was daughter of the main character who was named Martha Jones. Gugu had a bright, spontaneous personality that was greatly appreciated by viewers. Gugu would be able to have an extremely successful career as actor if she would not give up! The actress also appeared on other British television and stage productions. The critics are raveing about her stunning performances in British period-drama "Belle," (2013) and in the love drama "Beyond the lights", (2014). Apart from starring in American films such as Tom Hanks' comedy 'Larry Crowne", she also appeared on TV shows including 'Undercover and Touch'. In 2015, Gugu Mbatha-Raw was the main character in 'Nell ' a play created by Jessica Swale, as a character who was an actress and also the mistress of the king Charles II of England and Scotland. The performance was highly praised by the critics who applauded her on her talent. The actress went on to win the Evening Standard Theatre Award as the Best actress. Gugu's work in drama was appreciated by the Queen Elizabeth when she named her an honorary Member of the Order of the British Empire.
Chelsea Joy Handler born 25th February 1975 Livingston New Jersey. She was the eldest of six kids in the family. Her parents were homemakers. Her father was an used car seller. Her mother is German who came to America in the United States from Germany in 1958. After more than ten years fighting breast cancer, Handler passed away in 1989. Handler grew up in the family of a Reform Judaism family. Her father was Jewish. Handler was born into a lovely neighborhood and she had a very joyful childhood. As a teenager Handler relocated into Los Angeles, California to pursue a career in acting. Handler worked as an actor to help support her family. Handler decided to concentrate on stand-up when she was 21, following the realization of the power of storytelling. Handler began her stand-up career becoming a member of the only female Oxygen cast, which featured in a tv show known as Girls Behaving BADLY. The series was famous for its hidden camera and humorous jokes. The show ran between 2002 and 2005. Handler began appearing on other TV shows, such as Weekends at D.L., The Bernie Mac Show, The Practice and My Wife and Kids. Handler appeared on The Tonight Show for a period of time as a correspondent. Handler got her most famous break in 2006, when she became the host of E! It was titled The Chelsea Handler Series. The show ran for two seasons. Handler followed this up by doing a show on Comedy Central Hour Stand-Up Comedy Tour and which was a tour in the United States. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend, HBO and Comedy Central have all broadcasted her stand-up shows. In 2010 it was announced that the MTV Video Music Awards 2010 were announced. It was only the second female host of the VMAs following Roseanne Bar.
